ReplyDeleteI want those earrings. I am a follower.
ReplyDeleteErin, you are so lovely. I took some time out of my own school schedule to check my blog roll and was excited to see your post. I hope school is going well for you! Best thoughts.
ReplyDeleteI tried to send you an e-mail but couldn't get it to work! I happened upon your blog through the Pleated Poppy. I think you and I are kindred spirits! I am from Arlington (AHS '92)and now live in Lubbock. I did Interior Design in Dallas for 8 years at an Architect firm downtown and before that did Tenant Development in Richardson. Your title caught my eye! I have been out of design since my oldest son was born. I really miss it. Your style reminds me of mine! But, my husband is not all over that so I have had to incorporate him in our most recent house. He is a man with an opinion in design and clothing! He picked our china pattern if that tells you anything! My love for antiques is still a part of this home though but more in a Ballard sort of way. We had a surprise baby a year ago and I had to go back to work but now for a pre-school which is more condusive to having a baby and family. I do not have time to do as much as I would like and am living through YOUR projects now! I have been home this week with a sick baby and was able to peruse your blog. You have talent. If you are not getting paid for it you should be :) My e-mail is lisar_74@yahoo.com. I have a blog but have not updated it in a while, its private. Send me your e-mail if you are interested or would like to be added :)
ReplyDeleteLove the necklace. I too have been making some but I have only used ribbon. I have wanted to try a chain but have no clue. So...maybe if you do another you should do a tutorial and show how you added the chain. I am chain challenged!
ReplyDeleteHave you tried making rosettes? They are so easy and super cute. I was wearing a yellow one I made and a lady stopped me at the hardware store and asked where I got it. I told her I made it and she wanted to make an order. Crazy!!
