Easter '11

Yes, I'm alive!!!  I have not fallen off the face of the earth, nor have I been kidnapped!
You know how it is?  Sometimes, you just need a little break from things.  I needed one
desperately!  I haven't gotten on my computer for 2 whole weeks!  Shocking, right?
Well, it did me some good.
So, let's try and play catch up around here!

We had Easter at our house again this year, and we had such a wonderful time with
our family.  My cousins and Aunt and Uncle came, and I would love
to see them all the time!  They are all so much fun and I love every one of them.
So get ready for some pictures!

The dining room table all ready for the family

Sorry for this blurry picture.

Don't you just love this table cloth?  My momma let me borrow this one.

My daddy is the official meat cutter in our family!  It doesn't feel like Easter
without a ham around here.  We buy the butt end and drench it in Dr. Pepper and wrap it
up with foil and put it in the oven for about 2 1/2 hours and voila!  Delish ham!
You can't screw that up.

My man and my brother's youngest, Micah.  She is the cutest and funniest thing ever!

My sister and I making  Southern Livings recipe for Lemonade Sweet Tea.
It was so refreshing and yummy!

My sweet handsome boy, Ethan

My fabulous Aunt LaTrelle, and cousin Natalie

Megan and Malone

Kailey and Malone.

My cousin Amelia, sister in law Christin and Megan

The newlyweds, Maddie and Evan.  They are the sweetest couple

My brother's middle girl, Sarah

Kailey and my mom making sure we have enough eggs.  Kailey did not participate in the egg hunt.
I guess 12 year olds want to be the helper now.

The troops await the go ahead to hunt!

Why do little ones like to play in dirt?
She had a ball in the mulch.

Sweet cousins Libby and Natalie

Kailey loves her cousins!!!

I love these ladies!  Aunt LaTrelle and cousin Dolores Ray

Everyone was very happy with their loot.  We had a few eggs with some money in it, and the older ones
wanted those eggs in the worst way.  We had such an awesome day!  Hope yours was great too.

Blessings,
